Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The final round of interviews takes 4.5 hours via zoom (5 30 min interviews with 30 mins between each). Towards the end of this marathon, one of my interviewers called in to the meeting rather than video, gave one word answers to all my questions, and ended the 30 minute interview after just 12 mins. At the end he assured me his input wasn't relevant in the hiring process... Never witnessed anything like it. I'm glad I learned this is how they operate upfront, rather than while working for them though. Interview itself was basic.
