The interview process was long. First a virtual interview, then an "IQ" test. Based on your results, an on-site interview with a lab practical (Following a one-page SOP. Just pipetting liquid into different tubes at different amounts). If you've been chosen to move forward, then two more virtual interviews with lab management and the second one with one of the CEOs. This interview process was a bit tedious considering it is an entry-level position with pay being on the lower end of 'competitive pay'.

One accomplishment you are proud of? Tell me about yourself. How would your colleagues describe you?
It was quick and straightforward, my interviewer was nice and made me feel comfortable. The first 10 minutes were her explaining the role and then asking me behavioral and technical questions. They ask you to do an indeed assessment if they choose to proceed after the initial interview.
