First I had a phone interview with HR. After that I got a link to the Codility website to solve problems. There were three problems and all were fairly easy. After that I had an on-site interview

Entrevista
They will conduct mostly 2-3 rounds of interview. First internal and second / third will be with client. Smooth process. After you clear the technical round, they'll schedule another call for offer discussion. Over all the interview process is conducted smoothly by the HR team. They are very helpful.

Mostly they ask for Technical questions. If you are strong in technical you can pass through. If you can clear first round, chances are high to clear second round as well.
