Went by with my CV in person, was brought in for an interview and a trial shift the following day. Easy enough interview, just a chat about my experience, and was basically just expected to ask many questions about the restaurant. Had a trial for about an hour on a Friday lunch period, which after had another chat with the gm in which I was told they had expected to see more of 'me' in the trial, however I still got the job.

I applied online and was called for an interview. After having the interview I was offered the job on the spot. The interview was very easy and more like a friendly chat.
