Basically there were 2 rounds,the 1st one consisting of group discussion and the other one an interview. The HR will give a topic which would be generic and there would be many points that a person think of. The interview round also went as group discussion as we were made sit together and were given a topic on which each has to tell his or her views. Not a difficult process as only communication and presence of mind is checked.

then there is a test for english and aptitude,
then there is group discussion with technical and personal interview
then the final result was declared on the same date

There was a pen paper based wrtten exam and after taht those who cleared went for gd and then personal interview.....pi was quite easy the HR didn't asked so many questions only basic and i got selected
