It was a 2 week process. It was your basic interview with hearings mixed with technical. I applied on June 28th and got a call for an interview on July 5th. Got the job offer the week after.

Reached out via phone and setup an interview at the office. The interview was polite and what you would expect, one or two questions on sales, tell me about yourself and then a focus on technical proficiency. Question and answer format.

Explain a situation when you had to de-escalate a tense situation and what the result was?
The first interview was pretty informal, more so of getting to know you. Then, it got deeper as to job expectations, pay, benefits, etc. It was pleasant and I didn’t feel stressed out.

Interview is fine. Video interview first (remember to submit it), followed by an in-person interview if they are interested. General questions IE why are you applying, do you have any prior experience working on a team, etc.
