Hiring process is a series of interviews. The management will sit down with you in the back room and ask you all of the standard "interview questions." One of the big questions they will ask is what you would do if you caught an employee stealing and what should happen to the employee. Answer is ALWAYS report to the manager immediately and that the employee should be fired. There is a no-tolerance policy on stealing, no matter how big or small the item.
