After applying online I got a phone interview 3 weeks later. The first interview the cashier supervisor interviews you and gets to know you. The next day they called me for the second interview this time the sales supervisor made the interview. Again the next day they called me for the 3rd interview with the GM. On the last one the GM asks you if you saw a coworker stealing a candy bar. You have to make sure you tell them that you would fire them and call the police, this is the make or break question. At the end of the interview the GM offered me the job and told me I need to do a drug test which is just a urine sample, and they also do a background check. 3 days later I was called to go to an orientation on the following day.

Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
