Three stage interview process. After being contacted by a recruiter, I was invited to submit a CV and cover letter. Thereafter, I was invited to a full-day assessment centre with 5 other candidates. The exercises involved a budgeting task, presentation on how candidate's personal values align with the organisations mission and vision, and a project planning exercise. The final stage involved a regular interview conducted the next day.
