First assessment was done at Inditex Office in Oxford Street. It was done in a group environment where we learnt more about the company Inditex and then filled out paperwork. Second Assessment was also done at the Inditex office where we did group activities such as trying to sell products and reviewing out customer service skills. Than Q&A. Thirdly did a interview at the Bershka Store with Store Manager. Then came in one last time to Inditex Office to sign contract and understand how we get paid, commissions, health and safety, rules and regulations etc.
