Il processo di assunzione è diviso in 4 step.
Due test e due colloqui.
Io ho partecipato solo al primo test, il quale era davvero difficile: logica, ragionamento numerico, probabilità. ( 2h30 circa )
Online assignment to test logic, problem solving, behaviourals. Intense use of Google Sheets/Excel, pretty intense. Did the first 3/4 rounds without having the opportunity to talk to a physical person. They test how you think/behave, technical knowledge is not that important until the technical interview I assume.

Problem solving test, pretty hard, you have plenty of time but need to think carefully. They give you some context and you have to answer questions. The further you go on the test, the more information you get to solve the problem.
