An excellent process from start to finish and the recruiter (Francesco) was charming, helpful and highly communicative. Screening task/ cover letter followed by a personality test (you get the results) and 4-6 tasks. These included a 2 hr copywriting task, a personal statement and 4 x data insight / comprehension. I don't have much background in stats and I found some of the questions hard. Writing tasks are also challenging (incl. humour) but were more my thing. A good process.

First round of 5 tasks, second round of 3 tasks, third round a 90-minute problem-solving interview, would have been one more task and interview. Lots of logic and maths problems that had absolutely nothing to do with the job title, would never try for another job here as the process is so much work and takes so long.
