Entrevista
The recruiting process is quite lengthy and it involves several steps. Firstly, you are asked to send some info about yourself as well as your CV and cover letter.
Then, there is a testing phase where you are asked to reply to a series of tests. This step is quite lengthy, multiple hours are needed to complete it. The questions range from logical to behavioral to practical ones.
The test are followed by three interviews, two of them are simple get-to-know-your interviews, whereas one of them is a problem solving exercise which can appear to be more difficult then the rest.

Rigorous process but it feels supported and well communicated throughout. Recruiting team provide quick and helpful responses to queries/scheduling changes and overall provide a good amount of insight into the future steps.

Il processo di selezione é stato chiaro e rapido, con una prima fase di screening e scrematura dei candidati, una seconda fase di test specifici per la posizione indicata, fino ad una ultima fase di colloquio effettivo volto a conoscermi e valutare effettivamente il mio CV e la mia persona, così da presentare il ruolo in tutti i suoi aspetti e verificare la compatibilità.

Entrevista
Come primo step ho dovuto affrontare dei test di logica, comprensione del testo, conoscenza dell'inglese e simulazione del lavoro. Poi sono stata sottoposta a tre colloqui, di cui uno con un recruiter, uno di logica e uno finale con un dipendente nella posizione per cui ho fatto domanda. Infine ho dovuto fornire dei contatti di referenza.
