The Interview process was a very simple one. The usual questions about previous experience and why I would be the best candidate for the job. I am not sure how other Franchisees in other areas may conduct their interviews ( as well as their honesty ) but at this location the owner put on a great show to suck me in to be used to mentor her person she wanted in the office I was promised. So the Interview was really an exercise in futility. I would strongly reccomend asking specific questions about EXACTLY what your role would be and if you were being asked to be a Mentor to refuse unless you have been there for 1 year or more.

Had first interview with main office manager for region. Went really well and seemed very caring and great places to work. Has second interview with sales department. Guy who interviewed me was rude and dismissed me after asking two questions. Seemed like he already had someone picked out and acted like I was wasting his time. Complete opposite of what the first interview was like.
