I applied on Linkedin and received a message for an interview a few days later. My first meeting was with the girl who I would have been reporting to and it went great. She was super friendly and seemed prepared for the interview. I had a second interview with the same girl and the CFO and this did not go very well. The interview was ran by the CFO and he seemed incredibly unprepared, it was clear he was making up questions on the spot- which were worded in a confusing way and not well thought out making them difficult to answer. The position was newly created so I think they were not clear on what exactly they were looking for in a candidate. I was only told I wasn't moving forward in the process after contacting them a few weeks later/
