The interview took around an hour, I was asked about my previous experience. I was told the the responsibilities in this new position, but I wasn’t told about the long hours or that we wouldn’t get paid for overtime

3 stage interview including screening process, interview with General Manger followed by a second interview with Area manager in their Head Office in Central London. The whole process was very relaxed.
