I got a call within a week of putting in my application and they scheduled an interview with me. The interview process was long because they would ask me very detailed questions that even the managers had a hard time understanding. They then rated my answers on a sheet of paper. After the first interview they were ready to do a second interview in the same day and the process was repeated. They hired me on the spot for 8 dollars an hour.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
