Entrevista
I applied to the position of sales associate. 3 weeks later, I was called to interview. They wanted me to come in the next day. I did. Got back into the office, the woman treated me like an idiot for having to ask where the offices were (which were past the bathrooms). She asked me how old I was, I said 16, and she told me that because I was not yet 17, she could not hire me due to child labor laws. She clearly did not have an understanding of labor laws, as in the state I live, the strict laws apply to persons aged 14-15--the only restrictions for 16-17 are from hazardous occupations. I do know it was not a company policy, because I checked after leaving. She quickly dismissed me, told me to "try again when you're older."
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
