The worst interview I've ever had in my life. The interviewers were not experienced in this process at all. Instead of the typical questions about what you did do, what your background is, what you are capable of, etc., they kept asking questions about the main results of my PhD research! which I didn't publish yet, and it's confidential. They expected me to bring the same methodology into their work. Although I explained my background 3 times, they were totally confused and repeating that I don't have background on this subject. They really don't know what they are going to do. I am wondering if they have a procedure in the FAB or they expect employees to do everything based on their prior studies. You should ask why this FAB is changing the owner almost every year.
