2 Zoom Interviews and 1 in person coffee catch up. Interviews were a bit repetitive with same questions asked in interviews 1 and 2 . After getting to the final stage/third interview. I was asked to get coffee and they made me feel like I got the position. After 30 mins of listening to the managers personal life, it felt like a waste of an interview when I received an email saying I didn’t get the position. The last interview was unprofessional and time wasting for both parties. I followed up asking for feedback as to why I didn’t get the position after 3 interviews and I never heard back.
