The recruitment process of the company was not followed. The recruitment process of the company was not followed. After starting with the company is underwent organisational training in there recruitment process and noticed that when it came to recruitment is was not what you knew but who you knew. The organisation has a lot of Freemason employed in senior position and the deep-rooted Freemason hand shake goes a long way. I was lucky a friend showed me the hand shake.
