After I E-mailed my resume, I got a call about 2 weeks later when they were doing mass interviews. It was a simple process, with basic questions about previous employment, salary expectations and general work conditions and expectations. Human resources gave me a small tour of the layout of the factory, with another candidate. Gave me an offer afterwards.
