The Executive Director sent an email to seemingly anyone who applied for the position. I waited to interview as it was a first come, first serve interview process. The ED singlehandedly interviewed probably 16 people under the resident's patio and took a minimum of 15 minutes with each. I was unemployed at the time, during Covid so I really needed the job. The other candidates did not seem qualified based on their answers during each interview. I followed up with an email to reiterate why I thought I best fit the opening and was offered the position the next day.
