Managing and co-ordinating the activities at Warehouse and Distribution Transportation Movement. Must Maintain a regulatory MIS Report in co-ordination with the Shipping Desk 2) Track the schedule of expected inventory arrival at the Warehouse and liase with Warehouse staff and ensure all arrangements are made to handle the inventory. 3) Collect and verify reports from Warehouse for the Actual Inventory received for Quality and Quantity. Alert Variances in Inventory to Management 4) Schedule and Manage dispatch with Warehouse and Transport Operators 5) Tracking Transportation Vehicles 6) Assign Shipping Order and review Stock Position and maintain and MIS for the same 7) Create Stock Transfer Note and Maintain Warehouse-wise stock records 8) Ensure Order fulfilment at the right place, at the right time in right quantities 9) Be responsible for complete end to end Logistics Operations.
