Since it's a position for telecommuting, it's done through Skype. They ask you if you have experience in the area, if so how many months/years, for what companies, what are your salaries expectations, availability and so on. If you have experience, they'll probably give you a few examples of situations and ask you how you'd handle them -in terms of customer service.
