Very simple, the managers are nice. They talk to you as a normal person and not an object to do their job. They will ask you a few questions about yourself and how you will handle certain situations while on the job.

Fairly easy, i applied online and got a call back like 3 weeks after. The interview was pretty short, the interviewer just asked my availability, about my experience and lastty about the company values and why i want to work there.

Very simple and to the point, They asked about experiences within part-time fields and I talked about them. I was able to get a good grasp of the company and how they operate while also gaining hands on experience.
