It was as other people said. It was a group interview with like 8 other girls, very casual, just go around and answer questions, you didn't have to answer all questions. You could tell some girls were more aggressive than others. I had the district manager in addition to the regular hiring manager in my interview, but I found it a plus, since the district manager seemed more friendly; I thought a lot of the girls did pretty well, but in the end at my store I didn't see anybody I knew, but technically one other girl in my interview was supposed to work at my store. I think the others were put at other stores, and that's why I didn't see them.
