The interview process was easy and relaxed. The manager asked me some questions about myself and the company. She then had me go out onto the floor and "sell" her one of my favorite products.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
