I was contacted by a staff member after submitting my resume and cover letter. I went in for an initial interview. I could tell BCI has a relatively small staff doing a lot of very important work and it was very important for them to get the right person hired. They were upfront about the job requirements, discerning yet friendly and polite. I met with the development person for an interview and a written test. I was given 15 minutes to answer a series of job-related questions, including sorting various job-related tasks into order of importance. After that, I met with two additional staff members for more Q and A.
