Very informal and the interviewer lied to say that is wasn't a call center, IT IS A CALL CENTER...plain out lied when asked if it was one....it was fake and a bunch of lies....the experience was a joke...now I know why the answers were vague....This bank is like a Walmart of the banking industry and hires quite a few sad and broken folks in hope to control them and call it "diversity"....tsk, tsk, tsk!

Not good. It was skill test (technical ops round) and the interviewer asked me irrelevant questions like So you know about Barclays and standards. No skills questions have been asked.
It was F2F interview consists of basic to Elementary questions and Will not be easy to clear and senior management also involved in this process and they will assess you on their own criteria it may vary candidate to candidate
