That was my first interview of the recruiting season and I found it quite hard as I hadn't practiced much. However, if you are comfortable with competency based questions, you shouldn't have any problems, as all questions were competency and motivation based. For example, "how do you make sure that you are understood, when giving a presentation?", or "describe how you exhibited one or more of our principles". I had to record myself on camera and there were about 12 questions with a 2 min time limit for the answer.

The Assessment Centre:
A mix of competency, strengths-based and technical questions
One group exercise with group presentation (essentially a case study)
3 30 minute interviews with senior individuals from the business
Interviewers all asked me to ask them questions at the end for at least 10-15 minutes
