All Good, very smooth. Everyone very pleaseant and friendly throughout. lots of people being interviewed for this place and it all went smoothly even though there were different tests and intervies and excel tests
It started with 1 call with human resources and then moved onto a in person interview which included a competency and basic numeracy test. In person was located in one of their branches.

I was I invited to a face-to-face interview after online application, this was for them to assess my customer service skills, cash handling ability, and knowledge of banking procedures. We discussed my strengths and more details about the role.
