Great hiring process - extensive interview, fair and honest. Good coverage of competency based / skillset based / personality focus. Can't fault the interview process at all. "What do you really struggle with?" - a tough question, because of the honestly required. a casual, one to one chat where we explored the role, my relevant experience and what kind of up-skilling and development I would require. Stuck to a template and methodically went through all the requirement.
