CV sent in completed online tests, then sent a load of information to learn about and understand that may be asked in an interview specific to the role. I was offered the job after a successful application, but they changed the job role to an entry-level role and a low band of pay I wouldn't have applied for in the first place. They wouldn't budge on offered pay as it is banded, so I questioned why they have changed the role and how, as an external, I am meant to know what band the pay is for each job role as it doesn't state on the site. Was told they got the advert wrong online, judging by my experience I'd be a great candidate for the higher banded role. I asked can they put me forward for that, I'd be happy to re interview if a different team. They said it was not possible to "transfer talent". I applied for the higher banded role suggested by the lady and got auto-rejected. It has a terrible recruitment system and experience, I dodged a bullet if that's how it operates before getting into the company.

You are tasked to prepare for a series of competency based questions. For each competency given, you need to prepare at least 3 answers - although this is not advised to you. After this I was then given a task to read through a new business and to prepare some questions on what I would ask the new business if I was their Business Relationship Manager. We then spoke about my questions and why I asked those particular ones.

Submission of CV and covering letter followed by on-line verbal reasoning test. Website was not user friendly and found the application process to be cumbersome and frustrating. Decline response received and was followed by a very upbeat e-mail advising that I was now in their talent pool. Found this to be a little condescending.
