It consisted of filling up the application form followed by an invitation to take the numerical / strengths test. Following that, there will be a video interview which asks for your responses in various scenarios. The video interview was difficult and their main purpose was to evaluate if you can handle the tasks at the job and find if your values matches with those at Barclays. Failed at this stage

It was very quick and consisted of two rounds in 5 days. First round was 30min with one person, second round was a two hour process with 4 different interviewers. I would recommend looking at the Vault guide or Wall Street Oasis for tips on handling the technical finance questions.

Overall very pleasant there we some technical questions and then there was a second and third interview that were equally as pleasant. I was interviewed by two analysts prior to an interview with a senior banker. HR was more focused on longevity in the workplace while the analyst interview questions were focused on technicals. The Senior banker interview questions were focused on personality.
