I had 2 rounds of interviews. Both were telephonic. Hardly any technical question was asked. In the second round, which i had with an stakeholder, he asked me some of the most absurd questions like what if i had to do SIT and Production testing simultaneously, how will i make a plan. What is the interest rate on Saving accounts. What is the difference between debit and credit card. After this round, I have called the HRs and dropped mail, still till now i have not received any response from there side. Just a so HR kinda behavior which I see every now and then with all such random organizations. Barclays is greatly hampering its reputation with such employees working for it.
