After finding on the job boards and applying you are warmly greeted by an email. You will talk to an excited person on the phone and schedule a group interview that will take a couple hours your time, if they like you then you go back and meet one on one. In the time I was considering this role, my daughter received an invite from Bankers Life also for the same job! My daughter has no interest or anything in this kind of job. Turns out in further research they aggressively seek anyone for positions off job boards and from other things I read I cancelled attending the group interview. I was told call anytime if I change my mind.

Did not able to attend due to dress code restrictions I had to re shedule the interview which i decline next time as I wish they have mentioned it earlier that jeans doesnt count as business formal.
