Below is an email I sent to their hiring director that I believe perfectly sums up the interaction I had with this company: I arrived for an interview today at your office in West Atlantic City and I must say I am shocked by the lack of professionalism. I arrived early as per requested for your interview and waited until 10:45, with not a single indication that there was anyone in your office. If there was a conflict of interest, I would have been more then happy to reschedule; however, I fear your lack of communication is indicative of a much larger problem at your company. As such, even if you still wish to offer me the position, I must decline. I wish you luck on your endeavors.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
