Goes to a video interview, then a phone screening with a Recruiter, then 1st in-person interview with a couple of the customer support team leads, then 2nd in-person interview with the two top managers over the department you are applying for. after that, they get back to you pretty quick. The interview process is thorough, because they want to make sure they hire people that fit well with the awesome culture they have created! You can tell they really care about finding a good match and that they are a good match for the applicant. Make sure you research the company before you interview!
