Phone Interview, In-Person, Sr Management Interview. The hiring process was not lengthy, it was average. Had two phone interviews one with the recruiter and the primary contract holder. A meeting was then scheduled with the hiring manager, thereafter a follow up interview occurred with a senior manager.
