Video interview using portal where you record answers to 6 preset questions. Awkward giving answers knowing nobody is there but opportunity to re-record (twice for first 4) answers helps bypass initial nervous mistakes. Second last question only allows one re-record and the last allows none (first answer is taken). Standard questions: Why Balfour Beatty? Why the particular grad scheme? Talk about a time where you had to work as part of a team. Etc.
