Graduate scheme has several stages before interview. The main initial assessments are 2 regular online psychometric. I am sure that answer the both test perfect correct and on time. But, Emerging Talent (behalf of BB do applications processing) emailed me and asked me to complete second stage of online assessment. I responded promptly and told them I completed the second one, they replied and said sorry our system has some issue. They confirmed that I passed both assessment. Then after around week they emailed me and said you could pass secound test. While, I am sure I answered 100% correct. So, good luck with this corrupted company.
