It was okay, moving from the first email to the personality test, the aptitude tests, and then the cognitive tests. Then the next phase is supposed to be the interview which I am yet to do.

I found the interview process a bit strange and impersonal as an experienced professional. Was contacted through LI by the CMO, and was initially attracted by the prospect to work remotely, anywhere in the world. The first interview with a recruiter, I sensed they were reciting straight from a script - felt very generic, didn't really ask anything specific to my own experience/background, and I was told to just answer "yes/no" when I started elaborating on questions about specific skills/experienced. The strangest question I got was about my SAT score/college GPA. I have an MBA from a top-ranking school and been working in my field for 5 years - why am I being asked about a score on a test I took +15 years ago? This was followed up by a series of timed, IQ-like tests where I had to spot a bunch of number patterns, as well as "skill-specific" tests. With my background as a product manager, I also had to complete a tests of more appropriate for a computer engineer, which is not a required skill for any product manager (especially growth-based). If BairesDev is using these generic interview formats to find the most qualified candidates, it might be scalable but it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth.
