Phone screen -> Behavioral Interview Milwaukee campus recruiting contacts you and performs a phone screen. Mostly interested in finance/wealth management interest. Both interviews are completely behavioral. Differs at each branch, but fit is most important for summer interns.

The interview process was not too stressful. I received a phone interview then was passed on to a specific team which I met with in their office. I interviewed with the full team and it was a nice mix of formal and conversational.
