I applied through my school. The application itself was standard. There were no surprising questions. I was notified of a telephone interview about two weeks after I submitted my application. I only got through one telephone interview before I was rejected by the firm.

The interview process was standard. They asked typical technicals and behavioral questions. Nothing terribly suprising or crazy from my perspective. Would be ready to say why this company and why this location.
It wasn't bad. The recruiters were very friendly and same with the people that interviewed me, but it wasn't very professional/I felt very relaxed and they were easy to talk to.
