Long process - Written application, phone interview, and then you have to fly to Berkeley on your own dime to interview with a group at the home office. The day in Berkeley is intense with a full day of presentations, role playing, socializing, language testing, and bike mechanics. The day is pretty intense with about 50 other people and a lot of employees asking you questions. You split into groups and get tested on certain scenarios, etc. At least it's thorough because you have a lot of responsibility and autonomy in the field.
