I have applied for a job for which I had all required and desired qualifications. As an answer, I received an e-mail from a no-reply address saying that I was not a fit for the position. While I understand that getting back to all candidates in person is too time-consuming and that not all requirements can be listed, I think that candidates that are a perfect match on paper should receive personalized feedback.
