Interview process was fairly simple. Since it was for an internship, candidates were interviewed in groups by 3 current employees or interns. Our group had 8 prospects, so you feel like you want to make yourself stand out. The questions were more to get an idea of the type of person you are to make sure you'll fit well in their environment. Interview was held on their rooftop which had ocean views, which I think relaxed everyone and created a comfortable working environment.
