The chief engineer in the company gave me an interview. Basically went through my engineering experience and background, ask questions about how much you know about the industry. He gave a complete introduction on the company's projects and business fields and what I will be doing if I am hired. A really nice and professional engineer, you will learn a lot about the company and industry during interview process.
