My first interview was for an administrative role. Every interviewer was kind and inviting but the role was more entry-level, and I felt overqualified, so I graciously declined. A few months later, Talent reached out to me via phone about a new EA opening she thought I was the perfect candidate for. I expressed my interest and was told that there was no need for me to officially apply yet, that she would pass along my info on file and the hiring team would be in contact with me in the next few days. A few days later, I hadn’t heard anything, so I followed up with Talent and I was told they were still sorting through candidates...? Another few days went by, nothing. By the following Monday, I followed up one last time and never heard back, yet the position was still posted. I'm not sure what happened or why Talent reached out to me just to ghost me but a communicated update would have been appreciated. Thank you for your consideration BRPH.
